Change of directors/executives
With the Board of Directors meeting of Premier Quality Starch Public Company Limited No. 8/2023 held on September 12, 2023, it was resolved to appoint Mr. Ekawat Amornvivat to the position of independent director. and Chairman of the Audit Committee in place of Mrs. Chanathip Weerasuebphong, a director who resigned according to the remaining term of office. Effective from September 12, 2023 onwards.
